These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trionex EPOS application and related software (the “App”) provided by Trionex (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and a valid activation key, Trionex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App to connect your point-of-sale to your receipt printer.

2. Activation

• Each activation key licenses the App for use on one device.
• A license may be moved to another device or re-issued only through Trionex.
• The App regularly checks that your license is valid. If it cannot reach Trionex, it may continue to work for a limited time.

3. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel a license (for example for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms). When a license is suspended or cancelled, the App will stop printing. If the license is made active again, the App resumes on its own.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, share, rent, or give away the App or activation keys.
• Do not attempt to bypass the App’s activation or security.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your network, printers, devices, and point-of-sale configuration.
• You are responsible for the content you print and for keeping your activation key confidential.

6. Intellectual property

The App and all related intellectual property are owned by Trionex. These Terms grant you a license to use the App, not any ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every printer or POS configuration is supported.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trionex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
